A collimating device is also designed in this paper , and the collimating coherent light is good proved by the followed experiments . the robot vision system ' s object reading experiment is also finished in this paper , all these proved that this novel robot vision system is feasible 本文設(shè)計出用于半導(dǎo)體激光器的擴(kuò)束準(zhǔn)直機(jī)構(gòu),并成功獲得實驗所需的準(zhǔn)直相干光,本文還成功完成了機(jī)器人視覺系統(tǒng)目標(biāo)讀取部分的實驗。
